Wand

Wand is an enterprise AI platform built to help companies create and manage hybrid teams of people and AI agents.

I joined ahead of its public launch, partnering closely with product marketing to turn an evolving category story into a clearer website, visual system, and set of tools for enterprise sales.

ROLE
Fractional Senior Brand Designer

TIMELINE
2025 • Four-month engagement

SCOPE
Brand evolution, web design, sales enablement, thought leadership

From sales story to site

The engagement began with Wand’s core corporate deck and homepage. Both needed to make an unfamiliar enterprise AI story easier to follow: one in sales conversations, the other as the company’s public front door.

Making Wand OS understandable

Wand OS brought several products, systems, and AI agents together within one platform. I designed an interactive anatomy graphic that revealed each layer in sequence, turning an abstract model into a clearer product story across desktop and mobile.

Designing beyond the homepage

The refreshed direction expanded into nine page types, including product, About, blog, ICP, and gated-content experiences. Shared layouts and modules gave each page a distinct purpose while keeping the site cohesive and easier for the team to extend.

Evolving the visual foundation

The identity developed alongside the website rather than through a formal rebrand. I refined Wand’s purple palette, shifted the typography from Editorial New to Inter, and documented practical guidance for color, gradients, logo use, and illustration.

Equipping enterprise conversations

The system extended into the materials surrounding enterprise conversations: a one-pager, reusable presentation templates, a branded deal room, and virtual meeting assets. Together, they gave sales and leadership a more consistent way to introduce Wand before, during, and after a meeting.

Turning research into authority

I designed Beyond the Model: How Enterprises Are Rebuilding for the Age of Agents, a roughly 20-page report translating dense research and data into a clear editorial experience. Flexible layouts, charts, and pacing made the material more accessible without flattening the complexity of the subject.
